Policies and Terms of service

 Client Experience & Turn Around Time 

 Projects are taken and delivered on a first come first serve basis. Due to increased demand, GlitchedxMedia will only take on a certain number of clients per service at a time to ensure all projects receive equal amount of time and attention and also so that the client will receive their completed projects in a timely manner. 

Turn around time on average is 1-3 weeks depending on the project size. *Please note bigger projects may take longer due to the amount of detail. 

 Payments, Transactions & Refund Policy 

 GlitchedxMedia provides clients with two payment options/plans. 

Deposit option:The client may choose to place a deposit of 50% of the total project cost and pay the remaining balance when the project is completed or when the client is ready for the completed project to be released to them. *Please note that with this option, all submissions of the project will contain the GlitchedxMedia watermark until all balances are paid. 

Up front option: The client may choose to pay for their project up front and in full. With this option (up front) all projects will be released immediately and upon completion. 

**Due to the digital nature of the product/content/services and consistent engagement with the client, GlitchedxMedia does not offer refunds, however, GlitchedxMedia will continue to provide assistance to the client if needed for the project even after balances are paid and project is completed, free of cost.** 

 Creative Concept Fee 

  If client is unable to provide examples or references of desired design, does not submit a completed design form, or does not give an adequate amount of information during the initial design consultation, a fee of $20 will be applied to the total balance. The reason and justification behind this fee is that creating a design concept without any feasible information takes more time and may prolong the project. The design concept is also the most important part of the process as it is the foundation of the project. 

 Minimal Change & Adjustment Fee 

 After the initial consultation, the client will be allowed 3 revisions during the submission of project drafts. After final draft is approved, the client will then have a 72hr final revision window to add/make changes to the design, after the 72hrs is up, only minimal changes will be made and a $15 adjustment fee will be added to total cost. The reason and justification behind this condition is that abrupt/sudden changes can prolong the design process, especially if the production is more than 50% complete. 

Project Rights, and Agreements 

GlitchedxMedia reserves all rights to all custom designed content, however, full rights to projects can be purchased. 

By reading and agreeing to these terms and conditions of policy for GlitchedxMedia, the client is also agreeing to allow their projects to be added to the GlitchedxMedia portfolio to showcase and acknowledges the possibility of being featured on the GlitchedxMedia social and business platforms.
